Willows Gemfields Caravan Park

I moved to the willows in 2019 after discovering it on one of my many trips to the gemfields, my first time here was a very short daytrip from Sapphire,as I had no idea what I was looking at or where I should try my luck

My following trip lasted a week or so camped at one of the caravan parks and I liked the place so much I ended up buying a house here

I first explored the fields around Sapphire and Rubyvale about 15 years ago and like most people did the tourist spots, buckets of wash, underground mine tour etc.

It was all very interesting, but I really wanted someone to take me out to an area and explain what I was seeing and clues I could look for

There are an awful lot of holes in places where there is no wash!

So, once I had learned a bit more about the Willows fields I was asked by one of the caravan parks to help some of their guests and found that they and I both enjoyed the experience

The tours were born out of this, and It's been a pleasure to introduce people to the friendly little town that I call home
